  • Why??? I read all the negative reviews (majority), but I still decided to give a shot because of the enticing $40 special for gel manicure and pedicure. Besides the 30 min wait WITH an appointment and also being told the $40 gel manicure is ONLY for the application of gel and that a manicure would not be included unless I pay an extra $10! I found the massive sign in the window to be super deceiving!!! She quickly applied gel nail polish and afterward I waited and waited for the pedicure without any explanation or even letting me know why or how long I would be waiting for (30 min). The lady who conducted the pedicure was super aggressive!!! I swear I was in tears!!! She was older so I did not want to snap at her but I politely told her to stop hurting me. I get pedicures religiously, never have I experienced anything so uncomfortable and painful!!!! Three days later and both my gel and pedicure are chipping away!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I don't understand owners who run these types of businesses! Don't they want us to come back???? Shouldn't they make it a pleasant experience so we don't go to the other 100 nail salons in the vicinity!??? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I should have listened to the previous negative reviews!!!
