  • Worst hospital experience ever!!! I was told no surgery without proper medical transportation home. A nurse called my medical transportation and asked for transportation with a person that is CPR certified. My transportation would not do that. I was abandoned in the room and told to get alternative transportation or no surgery. I called my transportation to complain from my room. I swore at them and right after a medical staff person barged in and chewed me out by falsely accusing me of disturbing other patients. Clearly he violated my right to privacy because he ran in so quickly and had no time to get a complaint from another patient. I was then talking to Dr. Johnson. In the conversation I told him that I told his staff there might not be someone in my home when I got home. He lied and said that I did not call and tell them. He denied that a nurse requested transportation with CPR services. When I called at least three times and when I finally got a call back from his staff on the surgery. His staff person told me that a regular taxi was fine and nobody at home was needed. I left for my safety and did not have the surgery. I would never go back to this hospital and would not let Dr. Johnson remove a cyst.
