rev:text	I went to this hair salon for a hair cut and partial highlights. I have dark brown hair and I told the owner that I wanted caramel highlights. While she was doing the highlights (we are talking about bleaching the hair and time is very critical as one would know), she actually stopped working on my hair and answered her cell phone and talked for couple minutes. Then one of her friend came to see her. She stopped working on my hair again and talked to her friend for a while. She was finally done with my highlights and I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my "caramel" color highlights. She actually set up a timer and the timer went off, she didn't come to check up on my hair color right away. At the end, my highlights were not caramel, they were blond despite the fact I told her I wanted a natural look at the very beginning. I ended up having stripes of blond hair. I told her that it was such a light color for me. She said I would get used to it. After two days, I called her and said I am really not pleased with my hair color, I said I wanted you to tone it down. She said it would cost me $25. I told her this is not how she should treat her customers, she was convinced to do it for free so I made another appointment and on the day of the appointment I called her and said I was going to be late for 10 minutes. She said if I am not on time she has to reschedule it. I decided dying my whole hair to a light brown color to get rid of those horrible highlights. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
