rev:text	I have been looking into buying a Mac for about 6 months, however, every time I would walk by the Apple stores in the mall, it was like pulling teeth to get any assistance, and I would always end up leaving disgruntled and frustrated. I was just going to head to my local best buy and get yet again, another PC. Then I remembered a friend telling me that there was a Mac store on 83rd and Bell. I called, made an appointment, and was still prepared to wait in a sea of people once I got there. I arrived on Sunday afternoon and to my surprise, there wasn't a line of people waiting to get in. My mom and I walked right in, were greeted by the store manager (Mike), and got amazing 1 to 1 assistance. Having used PC's my entire life, the whole Mac world was entirely foreign to me. We spent about and hour getting the run down on the Mac Book Pro. When it came time to check out, he went to get my computer from the back, and then informed me that they were out of stock. We still purchased everything that day, and planned on returning in a few days to pick up the computer when it was in. Two days later I went in to pick up my computer, they were so kind as to set EVERYTHING up, even though i got there close to closing, they still helped me set up my iTunes account, apple warranty, and Microsoft Office. I was absolutely blown away with their customer service. They are a great group of guys that run an impeccable business. Buying a computer can be a stressful experience, but thanks to the wonderful team at MacMedia, Inc My entire experience was very enjoyable. I plan on never stepping foot into a over crowded Apple store again! I would highly recommend the MacMedia Inc. store to anyone who asks. Keep up the great work guys!!!
