  • In my opinion, their service techs are not honest. They recently came out to look a major appliance. Within 2 minutes after entering my home and without really even looking at the appliance, the tech told me I needed a major repair (a very expensive replacement part). I mean, the guy just jumped to that conclusion without really examining the appliance. I said I didn't want the repair. They charged me $60 just for the visit (again, less than 5 minutes). I called the appliance manufacturer out the next day. Their tech fixed what turned out to be a very minor problem. I asked the manufacturer's tech if the major problem identified by SN could be an issue. He looked it over and told me it was working fine (and laughed that the SN tech would even suggest that was the problem). Again, this is just my opinion, but I am pretty sure the SN tech just wanted to sell the expensive part that he just happened to have with him in his truck when he arrived. I certainly will not use this company again.
