  • I called Deke's on Friday night at about 5:00 pm to schedule an appointment and get a rough quote and the woman on the phone (jenny) didn't even want to talk and was very rude and short with me until i told her i wanted to make an appointment for Saturday. she said i cant tell you exactly when, but i will call you in the morning and let you know. the next morning i waited til noon and she still didn't call. i called her three times and left 3 messages but still no answer, the fourth time i called her she finally picked up the phone. with a very rude and condescending tone of voice she said i cant give you any kind of time frame "he will be there when he gets there". she could not even narrow it down by 6 hours. when i told her to cancel all she did was act like they are doing a favor or doing it for free. for the money they are charging you would think they would be a little more courteous and professional. she knows it is hot, but she has the attitude of get it while its hot! we got it fixed within 3 hours with another company. Deke's a/c is ruthless and they know they can charge whatever they please and do it in their own sweet time. absolutely no customer service or professionalism. prices are too high as well.
