  • Just visited this salon today and walking in I was very impressed. It was clean and looked nice. I had an appointment and was seated right away, I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, design and some jewels and he said ok. I picked the gel color I wanted and he started. I had to take a conference call and tried to be accommodating to both my call and my nail tech. He finished my full set and gel and said he was done. I asked about the design and was told that I was on my phone the whole time so he was done. I'm not a confrontational person so I just paid the 46 dollars and gave a 6 dollar tip. (I can't not tip someone but I usually tip at least 15 if not more). 52 dollars later I have plain nails which wasn't what I wanted and my thumb polish is streaky. I won't be back here. But my friends nails came out great and she was happy. Just upset I had a bad experience.
