  • I visited this dealership in September 2015 asking for help with trading my 2014 Kia Sorento SX Limited for a smaller vehicle to lower my car payments. I was immediately escalated to the Sales Manager Drew. I knew this wasn't going to be an easy task since I was carrying about $8000 worth of negative equity but I was told by Drew that he can get this done but needed time to work things out and come up with a deal. I was told to leave the dealership and I would receive a call from him with an offer. I waited....I waited....I waited...a week went by without a call so I gave the dealership a ring. I originally came in on a Saturday. I called back on a Saturday and was told that since he is a manager I won't be able to reach him because he is very busy and the gall who answered the phone said he will call me back. I waited....and waited...halfway into the following week with still no call I tried calling again. This time making sure I don't attempt to reach him on a busy weekend. You know when a lowsy person calls and your parents pretend your not there or are busy. This is exactly what seemed to happen. The gal would say "just a moment" put me on hold, then say he is either not here or is in a meeting. By this time Hendricks KIA of Concorde has already pulled my credit report and caused my 790 credit score to slightly drop. I still have yet to receive a call from Drew. I never received a Voicemail or callback but did eventually get ahold of a low level sales guy thru email and texting the website after threatening to contact KIA about the poor service. The sales guy basically said what I was trying to do was not possible. I'm very disgusted with this dealership; sales professionalism and customer service. I will not trust this dealerships sales. They have lost not only a great loyal customer but a customer that frequently buys KIA vehicles every 2-3 years. I pledge to make sure that everyone knows of my experience here and to prevent others from experiencing this poor and misleading sales team that is established at this dealership and is lead by Drew.
