Stopped in here for lunch because I was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted to try their vegetarian/tofu pho but ended up ordering the Pad see ew. My daughters were with me and they both got the pho so I figured I'd try theirs. The waitress was very nice though a bit persistent in trying to get our orders while we barely had time to look at the menu but she wasn't rude at all. I told her that I wanted level Thai spicy and as usual, I get the, 'are you sure?' look. This happens no matter where I go, it's like they just can't believe it can be handled by an American. But then again maybe they've had one too many dishes sent back because the patron truly bit off more than they could chew. Well my order came out and it looked spicy and tasted delicious but it wasn't Thai level 5 spicy. I added some of the chili oil she brought out as back up and it added a little more heat to it. One negative was that there were far too many vegetables in the dish, they overpowered the noodles. The same with the vegetarian pho. The mushrooms weren't sliced and broccoli weren't bite sized and it just was overloaded with veggies but the broth was soooo delicious. We saved it and I strained it and heated it up in a mug the next morning and drank it. So delicious. So I only had a taste of two things on the menu but the taste and service deserves a 4 but the overwhelming veggie to noodle ratio and the lunch time prices(a bit much) are why I took off a star. I'll update if anything changes.
That is all! (Don't forget to hit the useful, funny or cool button. Would love the feedback.)
