  • Went and tried the new location downtown last night. It was a little strange to order our food at the front before we were seated but we went with it. All the servers were new and we heard several of them say it was only their third or second day, which is fine. Food was super delicious and I'm still thinking about the tacos today but the problem was the service. We had a party of 10, mind you and Since we ordered at the front the waitress had no clue what we ordered and basically had to start new tickets from scratch by asking us what we each had. It was a disaster. Why not use the ticket from the front that was ran to the kitchen- stay with each order to the table and then the waitress can collect them? Or have the waitress collect them before the food is brought out? We waited for longer than it took to get our food and eat it for the checks. Waitress not fully experienced with the POS had to redo our tickets because the first round of tickets were wrong. It took forever and that's what we get for checking a place out on one of their first weeks open. We will definitely be back but not right away and when everything should be ironed out. They also do take out order as this location so that will come in handy.
