  • This was by far the WORST animal hospital I have ever been to. I went to Sunridge because we couldn't get my cat in quickly enough to our normal veterinarian. She had a very basic need - Fungus-like rash on the ear and we wanted to check it. They took her back for over 40 minutes and didn't come back until I asked the front desk where our cat was. Our cat has herpes, so when she gets stressed her respiratory system acts up. We try and minimize the stress as much as we can, so the vet usually does everything they can in the room. We still have no idea whether they did what they said they were going to do in the back room. They said they were short on staff, so she had to wait back there when they brought her back. Why wouldn't you keep them in the room with their owner until someone had time? The doctor also couldn't even remember the technical definitions of anything, so she kept saying UMM and like the whole time. I would not trust them at all as they don't seem to care about the animals or the owners. Don't go here. I will never bring any pet back here again.
