  • Complete dump. For starters the actual apartment itself boasts cheap cabinets mismatched appliances and endless maintenance problems. We have lived here 6 months and had maintenance in our unit at least 8 times. Then when you walk out the front door, lookout and be on high alert because there is no telling what might happen. Crime is through the roof!!!! Burglary, sexual assault, stalking, shootings. These are daily occurrences. There are absolutely no security measures. The front gate is wide open 90 percent of the time. No security cameras, poor exterior lighting, and when you bring it up to management they simply reply good luck buddy, you're on your own. It's not uncommon to take a morning walk to the mailbox and have to reroute around police tape. You can stay here if you dare, it's close to Old Town, but I would certainly keep looking. Getting accosted in the morning is not all its cracked up to be.
