  • 5 stars all the way around. Felt like my AC was struggling to keep up with the temperature set by my thermostat so I called Duke's. The woman I spoke with was super friendly, and scheduled to have someone come out that same day. The tech called ahead as scheduled and arrived within the provided window. He listened to my concerns and then was quick to have a look and determine the issue with my unit and what needed to be corrected. He gave advice on what to do going forward (currently and down the road) with maintenance and repairs in order to save us the most money which I appreciated. He worked quickly and our AC is working great and I will definitely be using Duke's again!
