  • This rating is specifically for Dr Lehrner, NOT the entire office unfortunately- I'll get to that later. For those looking for a thorough down to earth Doc who looks for root causes and doesn't just prescribe medicines, Dr Lehrner is great. She does take her time reviewing what you came in for and then some, she'll pull things up on their computer to show you what she's talking about rather than just explain which I find helpful since I didn't go to med school lol! She doesn't hesitate to get you a referral for what's needed. She understands were not made of money and is OK with a follow up call rather than another copay for a visit to discuss results/ next steps etc. Overall, she's a caring person who will take good care of you. As for the office... When I first started going about 1-1.5 years ago appointments were always running on time, and it was easy to call and speak to someone right away. The last few months, however, have been extremely hard to get through on the phone lines and only once (today) was I called back, despite numerous and urgent messages and a portal message sent within the last couple of months. While they did acknowledge their phone system was changed and being worked on- 2 months later I still have the same difficulty. Also, I've had to wait 10-20 minutes past my appointment time the last few times. I suppose that part is not too terrible, but I miss the days where they were running right on time. Again, Dr Lehrner is definitely 5 star, and so are the others in the back (Janet/ Jarvis/ the lab lady (forgot her name- sorry!). If the front staff could pick up the phone and return calls promptly, I'd say they were 5 star too, but since this about the Doc and not them, we'll just leave this as 5 stars:-)
