  • This Ashley furniture store has really good customer service and sales associates. I bought a kids furniture set about a month ago and noticed one of the foot board bolts was loose. After trying to tighten it I realized that it was completely stripped and bent. So I tried to see if I can order the bolt from Ashley since I couldn't find the same bolt at a local hardware store such as Lowes and Home Depot. They said it would take 7 to 20 days to get the hardware which was way too long. They realized that I had just purchased the bed set about a month ago so they did an even exchange so I could get my son's bed back up. I was really happy that that Melissa CSR was able to do a even exchange even though I just needed a bolt. Thanks Melissa for really helping me out and not making me wait 7 to 20 days for the hardware.
