  • Judging by previous reviews, I'm going to guess that this place has come a long way from what it used to be. The staff are very friendly, and so far my fur babies haven't had any problems with them. My cat is usually extremely afraid of strangers but he will actually "talk" to the vet techs/assistants! Every time we go we have virtually no wait time. What I really like about this place is that they send me appointment reminder emails and text messages. I hope that everyone that has had bad experiences here in the past has a better one next time :) (if you have returned, that is)
