  • The worst service I've ever had in my life---this is not an exaggeration. Way to make a group of girls celebrating their friend's 22nd birthday a bad experience. The manager was able to accommodate us in the end after a very rude and snarky waiter (Kurt). The tea, sandwiches and desserts were divine. Unfortunately, because the service was so bad I would not recommend this tea room to any of my friends and would be hesitant to visit the Royal York's restaurant or stay at the hotel based on how I was treated.
