  • Experience from July 31st to August 1st flying from Portland Oregon to Phoenix. On the 31st received an automated call that my 3:10 flight on 8/1 was cancelled but I was rebooked on a 3:10 flight (change of aircraft or what not IDK). 4:30am 8/1 received an automated phone call that my 3:10 flight was cancelled and I would be booked on an 8:00PM flight which wasn't a great option so declined the auto reschedule and spoke with a rep, it's 8:00pm or nothing there are no other flights on any airline available today. Can you move my flight to Seattle, I can get a ride and will find some way to get home since SeaTac is a major Hub, sure no problem got you on a 2:45 to Phoenix. 45 minutes later automated call, that flight has been cancelled...surprise. Rebooked to a 7pm flight that took off at 8:50...at least my drink was on the house.
