The tech finally arrived around 4:40. After going through the apparently mandatory attempts at upselling (no, I do not want to pay $60+ to get rid of the "cat urine smell"- I don't have a cat), the tech did a decent job. However, I was told that I would receive an invoice via email, which I needed to submit to the leasing company to show that I had the carpets cleaned prior to move-out. I have yet to receive that, despite sending a follow-up email this morning. I will have to submit a copy of the Groupon and hope that will suffice. Again, my biggest frustration is not that they were late, as I understand that sometimes things happen. My biggest frustration was that there was no communication regarding the fact that they would be arriving well after the window I'd been given.
