  • I want to say I shop here for occasions and have loved it. The service is why I always go back. Yesterday I walked out after trying on about 20 outfits I found 3 over the price 120 each item like usual. I walked out with nothing because of who was helping us in the dress department. Lisa was rude and unaccommodating I asked her to hold the 3 items because I wanted to find shoes to match she told me well I will only hold them for one hour that's it in a rude tone when I came back to try them on again she wouldn't help us when she did she had no clue who was in dressing rooms she opened the door with no knocking on two lady's dressing. Then says well you will have to wait. I agreed she was horrible with her tone. Everything that came out of her mouth felt like I was bothering her. Well next time I'll buy with great service that's why I buy at Dillard's this time it's there loss
