Let me start off by saying this place was recommended to me from someone with only 2 tattoos (means something to me). I was given Chance's phone number & when I contacted him, he brushed me off to his other tattoo artists in the shop (apparently he was entirely way too busy/booked). I decided to walk in the next day & see for myself. Not only was Chance there not doing a single thing so were the other tattoo artists, not doing a single thing as well. Im shocked I even got greeted! I asked if someone was available to do a tattoo or if I can schedule a time, the woman I was talking to just walks off, doesn't say hold on or anything, comes back & the response I received was ridiculous considering everyone was sitting around doing nothing!!!!! Now this isn't my first time in a tattoo shop, & yet I have never been treated so poorly. I finally was able to set up an appointment & his response was "I guess it's with me" -Ryan. I rescheduled my appt 24 hrs in advance & asked for another appt. It took him a whole day & a half to respond & still didnt give me a time. I waited 4 days for him to respond & he only responded because I called him unprofessional & he wanted to tell me I was being rude. Now this isn't a lose to me! My $400-$600 tattoo is going to someone else who can respond to a paying customer! Ryan continued to brag about how good his work was, however professionalism goes a long way! I only contacted this shop because they were the cheapest. Not because I heard they were good! However, I found another shop that actually offered me a seat while they found a tattoo artist & actually explained to me what he was doing, instead of just walking off & even offered me a water. My tattoo was drawn out in front of me, as I am use too. I wasn't given a sticky note so the tattoo artist "can remember me" -Ryan.
