  • I was in the market for a Toyota Venza, a very specific kind that was not available anywhere in Ontario. I knew that it would have to be factory ordered so I called a few dealerships close by and let them know my plan of buying one with the lowest offer. The salesman at Erin Park was no nonsense with his offer which I appreciated. We bought the car at this dealership but we were given the run around as to when the car would arrive. First promised and assured it would be 4 weeks, it eventually tool 7 weeks. I did not appreciate why the salesman just couldn't be straight up about it since we already bought the car from him. A good experience ruined by an impossible promise, and terrible after sales service
