  • Horrible. Delayed coming from nyc for two hours. Rebooked a flight five hours later. Got on and realized they overbooked passengers, broken toilet and trays and had to call maintenance. Delayed again for 50 mins. Basically spent whole day traveling and miss a whole day of vacation due to American airlines incompetence!
