Was referred by a friend and made an appointment with Ricky at Iron Monk tattoo. Sent pictures of what I wanted & pictures of where I wanted it. Ricky quoted me$300. I made my appointment & booked a room since I live in Cali. He knew how far I was driving & that my main purpose for coming all this way was for his highly recommend art work. I get there and he has nothing prepared & Said he can free hand it. He starts to free hand 3 vines in yellow highlighter and asks me what I think? first off i couldn't see a dang thing.( can someone turn on a blacklight, lol) So he went over it w darker pen after pointing out the obvious. He put 3 swirls & wanted me to go off that to start his work on me. On top of it all he said it would be much more than what he originally quoted me. My hopes here is not to bash the guy but hes young and hopefully hell learn to try to make things right instead of having a non caring, sloppy attitude with his work ethics & customer service. Most customer service professionals try & compromise & make things right but that was hardly the case here.
