So, I'm writing this review because I received an email from National in Phoenix that they really want to hear from their customers.
I really haven't had any qualms with the service I have received by National at this location. What I do have a problem with is the car selection. I travel quite a bit for work and am a top tier with National. The problem with most locations is that the car selection is just alright as an executive elite. The problem is exacerbated in Phoenix. There were literally three cars in the parking lot when I arrived late in the evening to pick up my car. By the time I made it to the lot there were two cars left (the guy in front of me was a little quicker). So I had a choice between a Kia Optima with cigarette burns in the seat or a...(wait for it)....a Kia Optima with 25,000 miles. Really just an awful selection and nothing I could do that time of night. Thankfully I was only in town for one day but their selection really is terrible at this location.
I regularly rent from National in other locations such as San Diego, Portland, and Seattle and never have experienced what I have experienced at the Phoenix location on multiple visits at this point.
