  • I'm pretty happy with my experience at Goldleaf. I rent one of their downtown apartments, and all my encounters with their staff have been relatively positive. My apartment was fairly clean when I moved in and even though the building is older, there was fresh carpeting. I noticed a few problems on my move-in sheet (e.g. the toilet bowl was cracked, mold along the windowsill, broken kitchen fan) and all of these problems were taken care of within the first month. Whenever I had a maintenance request, the staff dealt with it quickly and professionally. Overall, would recommend.
