  • I lived there for about 7 months. The apartments were very nice inside but it is in a terrible area. My car was broken into twice an my scooter was stolen. The crime there is unreal, there demo apartment was broken into and the dish washer and fridge was stolen. Next to us there were some gang members that would tag the halls all the time and under us were tweakers that broke into people's apartments. The gate never works and they say there is security but I have never seen them. We called the police about the car and they said cars have been getting stolen from this property a lot. After that it was time to move. I would say if your thinking about renting from them to do some research. It's not safe and when you find that out and want to leave they make it very hard to by charging you tons of hidden fees.
