rev:text	Horrid experience. Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks prior for my Standard Poodle Oliver. Arrived at 8:55 am for a 9 am appt. Was told the groomer wasn't there yet. Of course, this was disappointing as I had other scheduled appointments to attend for my own business so I decided to sit in my car in the parking lot with Oliver until the groomer (Sonny) showed up and take my calls from my car. At 9:30 I decided to leave a go home. I told the employee to call me when the groomer arrived. I was called at 10:30 telling me he was ready for Oliver. I drove back and was greeted by a very righteous, nasty energetic groomer named Sonny. Never apologized for the inconvenience, or took responsibility for being late. Just said to me, "What are we doing today?". I replied, Before I hand over my dog/child to you I want to make sure you are in a good place today to be grooming Oliver as he is very sensitive and needs someone to be gentle with him. He said, "I've been doing this for 17-years. Do you want me to groom your dog or not?" I said NO! I went to the front desk and ask for the owner's information where I was greeted by another bitchy employee named Brittany. Again, righteously taking zero responsibility for their tardiness and my inconvenience. I never heard one time from anyone during this exchange that they were sorry, and that they apologize and want to make it right. I will never be back, nor recommend this business. Drop the attitudes people. It's very unflattering.
