| - One star and a C rating with the BBB should say enough. This was a nightmare dealing with this company. Who the hell throws away an obituary that was in an enclosed space? Who has the nerve to actually open someone's center console, throw away everything that was in there when all they were supposed to do is fix the bumper? This place, that's who!!! No reasonable explanation other than their employee was looking for something to steal. I would never have imagined in a million years I would have someone throw away an obituary out of MY private console in the front of the car. This company obviously doesn't value who they hire and make sure they are only doing what they are instructed to do. As Melissa stated, "he would have no reason to go in the console".... she check her before pictures and sure as shit, he indeed took all my napkins and paperwork out. I also took pics of before and after, and they scratched my car, let water get inside of it, and ran sacked my car. Threw markers into my backseat and the lids popped off causing marker to get on my seats. I can't replace the stuff that was thrown away. It is quite disturbing to me that someone had the nerve to disregard my personal space and throw stuff away. And before ANYBODY comments that I should have taken all that stuff out, think first about who the hell lifts open a console, sees napkins... and grabs everything and trashes it. Like, why? What possessed this lot guy to need to do that? I never asked for my car to be washed, vacuumed, or ran sacked through. I mean I took my car here because the owners daughter is mutual friends with my old classmates. Figured they'd not allow this kind of fuckery to happen. I will do my part in making sure nobody I know goes to this place. Disgusting and sad. Thanks for nothing other than running up an insurance bill over a $100 bumper.
