  • This is my first time doing my taxes so I decided to go here because it was close to home and H&R Block is pretty well known. The lady who did my tax return had to redo it twice because she forgot to add the extra w2 form and entered my social security incorrectly. I told her what the numbers were to my social security about 5 times and she was still repeating it wrong. This woman was elderly and clearly couldn't read well up close or hear too well and was entering wrong numbers and forgetting things. Nothing against her personally she was just clearly the wrong person for this kind of job. I feel like I could have done a better job doing my taxes on my own. Instead, I paid 100 dollars to have someone else do them and I have no confidence that my tax information was entered in correctly. Hopefully I don't get audited!! I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.
