  • Enjoyed a gluttonous evening of sushi here Saturday night. Another solid four stars. They have all the standards with love-from-Asia, plus a very extensive daily special menu. Freshness of fish was superior. Our hostess & server were slightly clueless, but sweet and at least gave a decent attempt. A few food highlights: -Shrimp tempura roll & softshell crab roll were exceptional. The batter not too thick, lightly fried to perfection. I love when the rice is just right- sticky yet firm, not mushy. The right ratio of seafood to filling. -Red snapper nigeri & salmon nigeri: significantly fresh. -Bacon-wrapped scallops: succulent, pan-sauteed just right. The slight saltiness from the crispy bacon married perfectly with the sweet meat of the scallop. Little dollops of oceanic heavenliness. -Shrimp Fondue: try this!
