  • I enjoyed this resort, just know there are several buildings associated with this resort so if you want to be in the same building as the Front desk i'd recommend a Viera room. I booked a room in the Luna di Lusso building which was on the other side of the lake. The property was clean, I booked a 1 bedroom suite which i found to be great. It had a large balcony that looked at the golf course and lake and a kitchen area with all the utensils and a dishwasher After a certain hour, there aren't employees to help you so when i called to have the bedroom TV looked at because all i got was white snow, noone was available to answer the phone...and when i needed more bath amenities, I had to walk all the way across the lake at 11pm to the other building to pick it up as noone was available to bring it to my room. Despite that detail, its a quiet comfortable place and the rooms are very nice.
