  • Folks, Please do not get carried away by the lower rental prices this company has to offer unless you are ok with water leaks, ceiling collapses gas leaks, a broken garage door and losing heat all in a short span of a year and half. The properties are not all maintained well and the lease agreement is certainly created perfectly to protect the company. I don't blame them but beware that you get what you pay for. If you want to live hassle free which most renters would prefer, please do not rent from JJ Land.
