  • Ozzy's been a customer since January 2016, and he's had nothing but perfect nails and a wagging tail every time. I challenge any negative reviewer of this business to patron them once more to see if the problem is recurring, as my service has been outstanding. My only gripe is the online booking interface, though this is more my personal preference than anything business relevant. Even in a jam when Winter was rough after moving to Fitchburg, Deb was kind enough to fit Ozzy in early and clip his nails so he'd be comfy on the non-carpeted areas of my home. Also at a Nailz 2 Tailz appointment I booked, Deb saw that Ozzy was in decent condition, SHARED this with me, and recommended downgrading the service to a nail clip. Anyone who loves my dog this much, and is respectful of my wallet is someone I'm proud to bring our business to. -- I'll leaving the doing business part to Ozzy and the grass outside. ;) tl;dr: Pros - Owner visibly loves her clients, and is nice to their owners; GREAT problem resolution; Decent Price; Honest. Cons - Popularity can sometimes lead to needing to plan appointments; personal distaste for online appointment booking. [If my review is standing, my opinion of the establishment stands with it.
