  • After my last review I was able to visit the location and talk to Whitney, the new manager. She is easily the kindest, most helpful person I've been in contact with at this location. Her boss, however, is very difficult but going to the club you will deal with her directly and are guaranteed a warm experience. Jason/Justin (he manages the three clubs) may not be great but at least he was smart enough to hire someone with excellent customer service! She's making sure the matter is dealt with and that I'll be refunded all the money that I'm due. Thank you Whitney!
