  • Noir is a cute salon, but I found their work to be poor. I got a set of synthetic lashes - this was my first experience with extensions. The top lashes were sticking to the bottom every time I blinked and they all fell out within a week. The technician's behaviour towards both me and the receptionist were very inappropriate and unprofessional - barking orders across me at the poor receptionist, and her conversation with me about her personal life and bashing their competitors were both uncalled for. With smoker's breath to top it off. It was not relaxing for me at all and I felt very uncomfortable. I returned for a second visit which was with a lovely technician - she did a great job and I was much happier with the work. However I did decide to go to another lash bar that is closer to home, and I have been much happier with their work.
