  • We had not been to Fiamma in quite a while so we decided to go and revisit. BAD choice for our Saturday night meal! Our party of 4 ended up ordering 3 Chilean Sea Bass specials and 1 Filet Mignon special. 2 of the 3 Chilean Sea Bass orders were not cooked in the middle and the Filet Mignon was almost raw!! The artichoke side had been fried so long it was not edible, the spaghetti squash side was doused in vinegar and tasted so sour it was not edible, and the spinach side was in a mound so thick wnd so covered in oil it was not edible! WORST food ever! We remembered why we had not been back to this place! The waiter did not refill drinks and forgot side dishes of pasta we ordered! And it was not that busy, The pesto olive oil and bread at beginning and cheesecake at the end was the only reason I could give 1 star. Really should be 1/2 star or none. Don't waste your time at this restaurant there are too many GOOD ones in Charlotte you could go to where the food will actually be cooked! And it was EXPENSIVE for these entrees! Lesson learned! We will NEVER return to this place!!!
