  • This is the Steak House inside Circus Circus. Not bad but not great. If Las Vegas was a one-horse town and this was the steak house, of course I'd go. But, this is Vegas where some of the best steak is prepared in America. My steak was grilled medium-rare just like I like it. No complaints. Seafood appetizers were tasty but not special. In the age of celebrity chefs and gourmet everything, The Steak House has stayed in the 80s. Let me say it one more time. Every part of the meal was prepared well and table service was good. Vegas has more to offer steak diners. Vivé Las Vegas! And Bon Appétit.
