  • The veggie burger here is really great. My reason for the 3 stars....? I expect a place with these prices and their food philosophy to have staff that is knowledgeable of their menu. It is very frustrating to ask basic questions like is this "soy-free"? And to have the front line employees be clueless. And it seems to be a chore to find out answers. I am very disappointed by this attitude. I've eaten here 3x so its habitual. I will compliment them on getting my delivery order right (pattiy, lettuce, onion no sauces or condiments) lol. I love the veggie burger, but am not sure if I am getting the correct answers about its contents. Each time, different responses. So, I'm a little suspect. The only reason I have ordered the same item over and over is that they are using the Hillary's vegan burgers in their restaurants so I KNOW what's in those...the bun is suspect. including the gluten free bun and the sides very iffy on those FROZEN potatoes they are using (contains dextrose which gives us clean eaters a side-eye). But when I don't feel like cooking.... I'll get the veggie burger on lettuce leaf as a quick protein pick up. Maybe someone will see this post and get me some answers. I would love to try some of the other items that may indeed be clean...My advice is to ASK...and then verify by having them get the book with ingredients listed....if they feel like doing so.
