  • If you are serious about getting results and becoming a better version of yourself, you need to give Spire a shot. It is truly you vs. you each day and the class sizes are limited so you won't get lost in the crowd - they actually notice if you aren't doing things right. During the classes at Spire, Ben and his team consistently push us to grow mentally and physically. They create programs that encourage us to meet our goals and use years of experience and knowledge to steer us down the path we need most. They have even helped my coordination (and really, if you have known me since childhood- this is a downright miracle). One of the most valuable parts of having a scheduled group class is having a tribe that supports, encourages, laughs, celebrates, and grows together. The trainers and people in my classes have become friends (even family) and I look forward to their victories every week - in and out of the gym. In fact, the whole Spire community is pretty awesome. No matter which group you are a part of, there is a great deal of camaraderie when it comes to the Spire crew. My therapy is now lifting heavy things and pushing myself to do things I never imagined this body or this lady would be doing. If you commit to you, so will Spire. If you want results sign up and show up - to Spire and to life.
