  • WORST SERVICE EVER! My wife and I soaked our feet in water so long the water became cold. We laid on the table about 25min before anyone even came in to say it would be a minute. Finally the ladies started on our feet. They laughed, talked in their language, answered their personal cell phones and tried to cut our 60min message short. Which we did not allow. At the end of course they are standing their like we they are up for auction. My wife explains to the owner or manager of the poor service and experience (she did expressed concerns of poor service while we were still in the massage room before they even began). We ONLY stayed because there's a sign in the front saying No Refunds after they've started (feet in water is starting). We tipped each lady $5, according to their sign that meant we were NOT happy. They all started yelling in their language and the owner waved her hand (I dont know what she said, but translation) "GET THEM OUTTA HERE!" We will NEVER go back and are going to spread the word so no one else goes there as well.
