  • Came home from work to find a large puddle of oil in my driveway. Knowing my daughter went to get her oil changed, I asked my wife where she was and found out she was at work. I drove out to her workplace and found her vehicle which had an even larger puddle of oil under it. I was able to reach under the car and tighten the oil plug by hand. I got my tools out of my truck and tightened up the the plug. I checked the oil and it actually seemed high. I had her take it back the following day to clean it up, being there was oil all over the bottom of the engine. Of course they didn't believe that they left the oil plug loose, and then blamed us for over filling the engine. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
