  • DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! I brought my car here for a regular oil change. I was told my car would be done in 30-45 mins. Well I came back 30 mins later and my car was still in the shop. Which was fine. I waited in front of their building......about an 1 hour in to my service the mechanic said we still trying to figure it out. It took them almost 2 hours for a basic oil change! We just noticed that my car is leaking Oil and I took it to my mechanic to find out that Jiffy Lube broke my Oil Cap!!!!!! I called the manager of this location but he is claiming that they do not have anything to do with it. Which is a lie because they are the only ones who worked on my car and a oil cap don't just break by itself. IT BROKE BECAUSE THEY OVER TIGHTEN IT AND IT CRACKED THE HOUSING! Avoid this location!!!!! You will just end up paying a lot of money to get your car fixed!!
