  • When my three year old found my old 4s in a drawer and decided it was going to be his I knew it would have to be restored. The screen was completely cracked and would need some serious restorations. I researched some local companies and read all the reviews on Yelp. Mac Masters was the second lowest quote. Let me reiterate the phone is for a three year old and has to be indestructible yet affordable. Reading all the positive reviews put my mind at ease and I decided to visit the store. I was surprised that the quote I had received on the phone was the same I received in person. The technician was knowledgeable, and understanding. It was refreshing to receive excellent customer service. The phone looks like new! Mac Masters surpassed my expectations with the services they provided. The store has such a large affordable selection of iPhone cases and other accessories I purchased a new case and glass protector for my iPhone 6 in addition to my son's newly restored iPhone. I would encourage other consumers to support this business and spread the word! I would also encourage other consumers to ignore any negative reviews. I don't usually give 5 stars but this was definitely a great experience!
