  • I do a mean BBQ myself, mixing my own rubs and sauces, so I go to BBQ restaurants for the sides. In this case, Rolling Smoke hit both the sides AND the meats. I got Burnt Ends and hot links, since I rarely get to cook brisket anymore. Both hit the spot!! I also got the Bacon Potato salad. Real bacon, plenty of it, and the Cole slaw is a must-try. Very good menu, great staff, and fast service.On my list for a return visit.
