Great food in the mornings to eat in house. It's like a grocery store/restaurant. Omelettes and baked goods, coffees etc. my omelette was great, coffee was fine. Massive portions.
As for groceries, they have an okay gluten free section which is why I go there. If you like to bake they have a million and one different types of flour. The fresh food is good but get there early by the end of the day it's more slim pickings. Prices are very high on most things because they are fancier brands and a lot of organic etc.
Cashiers are kind of slow and they offer you a bag of ice and then charge you for it, without telling you they will first...so that sucked but otherwise this place is decent.
