  • no stars -do not use this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worst, it was sent by ahs and had no idea how to fix a washer. 1st tech came had no clue, was on the phone asking questions in a different language, did not fix; 2nd tech came in, pretended to fix it, shut the door where washer was, and 10 min later appeared with the hands all greased up. next day washer was still not usable; called ahs and asked for sears certified tech, came in and found the problem and fixed it. he showed me what this other company did, a big mess;
