  • Not a great stay. Some aspects I really liked but two major problems and service disconnect. When we arrived my reservation was not in the system and there was a domestic type situation in the room above us that included the police being called (situation went on for about 3 hours). When checking out and was asked how stay was I said "not great" due to prior night situation. While I was given a heartfelt sorry no other compensation given until I pushed the issue.
