  • Room is nice full kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Woman at the front desk was snarky and rude, kept commenting on "last minute reservations" making it sound like i was inept at booking a room and of lesser value customer because I booked last minute. Sorry, didn't know your system was going to be down and I was the worst pain in your butt because I was trying to check in! On the other hand the gentleman was super nice, fast, efficient and empathetic which made for a much more bearable check in.
