| - Service: The best! The server was so attentive and sweet. When I said the cookies were the best I've ever had, he gave me a whole bag to bring home! Thank you!
Note: Added one extra star for the service!
Food: Since it was my first time here, I ordered signature tasting, $128 per person. I'd recommend it, to try a little of everything.
+Sturgeon Caviar Parfait: My favorite! Creamy creme fraiche, crunchy potato cakes, salty caviar with rich salmon, what a perfect combo!
+Tartar of Ahi Tuna: a little crunchy, a little spicy, lots of different flavors in one dish.
+Crusted Sole: my least favorite. I'm not sure why but it just kept reminding me of airplane microwaved food. Even smelled like it.
+Lobster Pot Pie: signature dish. Lots of lobster chunks, tasty crust, creamy soup. It was good but not extraordinary.
+American Wagyu Ribeye + Foie Gras: Excellent.
+Dessert: I don't like desserts that much, so I usually don't care much for it. But for some reason, I couldn't stop eating the cookie!
I also did the $88 wine pairing. Totally worth the price. Great selection of wine. My favorites were: Joseph Phelps Cab 2013, Henriot Champagne Rose Brut, Grgich Hills Chardonnay 2015 and Sandeman 20 Tawny Port.
